KIEV, Nov. 14 – DTEK Director General Maksym Tymchenko says that the holding could file a claim against the lawfulness of the cabinet resolution on the obligatory purchase of gas by 90 industrial enterprises from national joint-stock company Naftogaz Ukrainy.

"The resolution which we speak about is discriminative, and I think that today a collective claim of the companies which extract gas in Ukraine will be drawn up to switch to the court area," he said at a roundtable at the Energy and Coal Industry Ministry held on Friday.
