KIEV, Oct. 23 – Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk expects that the new government will be quickly formed after the parliamentary election, which will allow for the holding of negotiations in November with the International Monetary Fund on the expansion of the Stand-By Arrangement.
"We want to hold elections as quickly as possible, form the new government and invite the IMF mission in November to adapt the IMF program to the present situation," the premier said in an interview with the Segondya newspaper published on Thursday.
