KIEV, Aug. 29 - Coal Energy S.A. (Luxemburg) has warned investors of existing problems with the preparation of its financial report due to the situation in eastern Ukraine, in the region the company’s assets and headquarters are located.

"The company assumes that the publication of the audited financial statements for the financial statements for the financial year 2014 (commenced July 01, 2013 and ended June 30, 2014) may not be pursued in the previously scheduled manner due to the possible delay in the audit procedure," the company said on the Warsaw Stock Exchange on Thursday.
