KIEV, June 19 – Ukraine's losses from the suspension of defense and technical cooperation with Russia will not exceed $300 million a year, according to assessments of the Center for Army, Conversion and Disarmament Studies (CACDS).
Commenting on an order of President Petro Poroshenko to stop defense cooperation with Russia after a meeting of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) at a press conference in Kiev on Wednesday, CACDS Director Valentyn Badrak said that the share of defense and technical cooperation with Russia of total exports of Ukraine's armaments does not exceed 15% today.
