KIEV, June 18 - Ukraine will start imports of European natural gas via Slovakia as soon as September 1, Ukrtransgaz, the state-owned gas shipping company, reported Wednesday.
The to-be-opened Slovakian route, which will go through the Budince interconnection point, will have capacity of 27 million cubic meters per day, or 9.8 billion cu m per year, according to the report.
