WASHINGTON, April 8 - U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov have discussed the possibility of holding direct talks between the United States, Russia, the EU and Ukraine to find a peaceful solution to the crisis in Ukraine, U.S. State Department spokesperson Jen Psaki said on Monday.
"The ministers all discussed convening direct talks within the next 10 days between Ukraine, Russia, the United States, and the EU to try to de-escalate the tensions," she said at a briefing in Washington on Monday.
