KIEV, Feb. 11 - The Ukrainian president's advisor, Maryna Stavniychuk, said there is no legal reasons at the moment allowing the president to dissolve Parliament.
She responded to growing speculations that President Viktor Yanukovych had been considering dissolving Parliament to prevent the emergence of a coalition in Parliament opposing his rule.
"I am deeply convinced that there are no judicial reasons to terminate the Verkhovna Rada's powers ahead of time," she told the Channel 5 television station on Monday evening.
