KIEV, Dec. 3 - Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI, Austria) is holding negotiations on the sale of its subsidiary bank in Ukraine – Raiffeisen Bank Aval (Kiev), Austria's Der Standard reported.
Der Standard said, with reference to the bank's press service, that there are several concrete proposals.
The publication said that at present, Russia's Alfa-Bank has received the exclusive right to hold the talks: the seller is thought to want EUR 1.3 billion for the bank. RBI and Raiffeisen Bank Aval did not comment on this information.
