KIEV, Nov. 5 - Malyshev Plant (Kharkiv) is boosting imports replacement in the program for the mass production of the new Ukrainian Oplot tank, Malyshev Plant Director Vadym Fedosov has said.

The press service of the Ukroboronprom Concern reported on Monday, referring to Fedosov, that the Malyshev Plant had started using a full production cycle for the tracks of the Oplot tank.

"For the first time in over 14 years the plant has performed a full cycle for the production of caterpillar tracks for the Oplot tank and started assembling caterpillar tracks with metal grousers," Fedosov said.
