KIEV, Oct. 18 – Italy's Eni, France's Electricite de France, Ukraine's state-run ChornomorNaftoGaz and Water of Ukraine LLC plan to develop under a production sharing agreement the oil and gas fields of Subbotina, Abikha, Mayachna and Kavkazka of the Black Sea shelf, the Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry reported.

According to the ministry, the need to conclude a PSA for the development of these fields is due to the lack of public funding and technical resources for the development of new large hydrocarbon deposits necessary for the social development and the economic security of the country.
