KIEV, Sept. 4 – Donetsk, Lviv, and Odessa railways, after a state procurement procedure to receive financial leasing services to buy electric locomotives, have signed agreements with Premier Leasing LLC on supply 350 locomotives as a part of the implementation of a program on the upgrade of their locomotive fleets, the State Railway Administration (Ukrzaliznytsia) reported.

A total of 50 cargo electric locomotives of the 2ES10 Series made by Ural Locomotives LLC (Russia), 70 cargo electric locomotives of the 2EL5 series and 230 electric locomotives of the 2EL4 series made by public joint-stock company Luhanskteplovoz will be shipped.
