KIEV, Aug. 22 - Odessa oil refinery, Ukraine’s third largest oil refinery by capacity, will resume operation in October and will run at full capacity by the year-end, Energy and Coal Industry Minister Eduard Stavytskiy said Wednesday.
The refinery, which was shut down since October 2010, in March started preparatory work for the resumption of operation. But the work has been later delayed for several months, delaying the restart.
