KIEV, Aug. 12 - Housing and utilities tariffs in Kiev will not be increased this heating season, Deputy Prime Minister Oleksandr Vilkul said.
"This heating season, there are no preconditions for raising [the tariffs]. Prices for gas and electricity are stable, there is no inflation. There are no prerequisites, and the rates will not rise," Vilkul said at a meeting at the Kyivenergo object entitled "The modernization of combined heat power plant 5."
