KIEV, Aug. 2 – Nineteen Ukrainian sailors from the Etel ship, who were captured by Libyans in Benghazi on July 17, will be freed after Ukraine returns 650 cars, which were paid for but not delivered to the customer, the Vesti newspaper wrote on Friday.
"Yesterday, a Ukrainian court passed a final judgment that the cars be returned to the Libyans. As soon as the shipment arrives, our sailors will be released," Counselor to the Ukrainian Ambassador to Libya Andriy Marchenko told the newspaper.
