KIEV, July 31 – The Ukrkondprom association has asked the Ukrainian government to help lift a ban imposed by Russia's Federal Consumer Rights Protection Service on the import to Russia of confectionary products made by Ukrainian confectioner Roshen.

"Ukrkondprom is calling on the Ukrainian government to define an interstate procedure of conciliation with Russia to settle the problem without the introduction of trade bans," the association stated.
