KIEV, July 24 – An auction to sell a 60.773% stake in power generating company PJSC Donbasenergo will be held on August 21 in the premises of State Property Fund.

According to an official announcement in the Vidomosti Pryvatyzatsii newspaper, the starting price of the stake is UAH 641 million.

Tender documents and draft sale and purchase contracts will be accepted until 1800 on August 13.

The government of Ukraine on July 11 approved the starting price of the 60.773% stake in Donbasenergo at an open SPF tender at UAH 641 million.
