KIEV, July 22 - The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the first three projects for issuing loans under state guarantees under the State Economic Stimulation Program for 2013-2014, the largest of which is the completion of the first stage of Dnistrovska hydroelectric pumped storage power plant.

According to the press service of the government, the size of state guarantees on a loan raised by Ukrhydroenergo is limited to UAH 1.5 billion, while the effective rate of the loan is to be up to 9.5% per annum, its term is up to 10 years.
