KIEV, July 4 – Parliament has appointed Oleksandr Kopylenko as a member of the Central Election Commission.

A total of 236 out of the 386 MPs registered in the hall voted for this decision on Thursday.

Kopylenko was born in 1961 in Kiev. In 1983 he graduated from the department of International Relations and International Law of the Kiev State University named after Taras Shevchenko.
