KIEV, June 26 - Ukraine’s own output of natural gas and other hydrocarbon resources is the key in the government’s strategy for the country’s long-term energy security, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said.

“The main thing for us is enhancing the country’s energy security at the expense of increasing our own output of hydrocarbons,” Azarov said, according to the government’s press service report.
