KIEV, June 14 – The Energy and Coal Industry Ministry will additionally study the appropriateness of starting court proceedings with Westinghouse on four damaged fuel assemblies, Energy and Coal Industry Minister Eduard Stavytsky told reporters.

"I think that the legal department of EnergoAtom is to thoroughly study the issue, present their proposal to the ministry and then the ministry will address the government on the issue," he said.
