PAVLOHRAD, May 21 – Ukraine has reached the final stage in the implementation of its obligations under the Treaty on the Reduction and Limitation of Strategic Offensive Arms, President Viktor Yanukovych said.

"Today we can say for sure that the implementation of Ukraine's intergovernmental obligations under the treaty on the reduction and limitation of strategic offensive arms has reached the final stage," the head of state said on Tuesday at the ceremony to open a rocket engine housing disposal facility at the Pavlohrad Chemical Plant (Dnipropetrovsk region).

He also said that in late March 2013 Pavlohrad Chemical Plant launched a facility for the disposal of antipersonnel mines.
