KIEV, May 16 - Foreign direct investment in Ukraine in the form of equity capital grew $736.6 million in Q1, 13% less than the same period in 2012, according to the State Statistics Service.

In the first quarter of 2013, foreign investors injected $1.5597 billion into the Ukrainian economy, while withdrawing $562.4 million. In the first quarter of 2012, these indicators were $885.1 million and $198.9 million respectively, the statistics service said.
