KIEV, May 9 – SCM Company has transferred real estate that is a part of the One Hyde Park complex in London to the company's sole shareholder, Rinat Akhmetov.

"Akhmetov decided to transfer an apartment from the ownership of SCM Company to his personal property," reads the report from SCM.

The company noted that its subsidiary company bought the apartment in the One Hyde Park complex in 2007 as a portfolio investment. All tax and duties connected with the purchase of this facility were paid according to the valid law, reads the report.
