KIEV, May 3 - Ukraine’s largest opposition party voiced concern over the government’s plans to sell the country’s natural gas transportation system amid fears it would be acquired by Russia for political reasons.

Arseniy Yatseniuk, the leader of the Batkivshchyna party, said Russia must stay away from signing any pipeline privatization deals because the party would cancel it anyway several years later.
