KIEV, Aug. 24 - Ukraine will sign by the end of August a production sharing agreement (PSA) with an ExxonMobil-led consortium over development of a major offshore natural gas deposit in the Black Sea, an official said Wednesday.

“The deadline for signing the agreement with ExxonMobil is August,” Environment and Natural Resources Minister Oleh Proskuriakov said. “Law allows further extending the deadline by six months, but I don’t think this will happen. It should be signed by August.”
