KIEV, April 23 - Ukraine’s state investment agency and Exelerate Energy of the U.S. signed an agreement opening way for engineering work to prepare for delivery of a floating liquefied natural gas plant, the agency reported Tuesday.

The plant, with capacity of 5 billion cubic meters/year, is supposed to be delivered next year to the Pivdenniy port in the Black Sea near Odessa to help Ukraine diversify imports of energy.
