KIEV, April 15 - Empson Ltd, a company based in Cyprus, plans to purchase 99.58% of Ukraine's Odessa Oil Refinery, Empson announced in the official bulletin Securities of Ukraine.

Empson plans to purchase 1,817,561,000 shares in Odessa Oil Refinery at UAH 0.27 each. The report was filed on behalf of Valentyna Kovalik, who is Empson's authorized representative.
