KIEV, April 11 – ArcelorMittal Kryviy Rih (Dnipropetrovsk region) announced it has paid UAH 3.4 billion to fulfill obligations under a 2012 collective agreement.

According to the announcement, the mill has fulfilled its obligations under the agreement, such as financing of labor protection measures, and improving the social and living conditions of employees, which were over-fulfilled.

The trade union has disagreements with the enterprise regarding the interpretation of some clauses of the collective agreement and the status of their fulfillment.
