KIEV, April 8 – President Viktor Yanukovych has signed the law facilitating a visa agreement with the European Union.

The document provides for increasing to nine the list of categories of Ukrainians that are not charged fees for processing of visa applications.

These categories include representatives of religious communities; professions participating in international exhibitions, conferences, and similar events; representatives of civil society organizations traveling for the purpose of education and participation in seminars/conferences.
