KIEV, March 12 – The Income and Tax Ministry, working with consultants, is drawing up a bill on the obligatory general declaration of citizens' incomes.
"We're drawing up [the bill] with the best specialists from all over the world. I mean [Britain], the Czech Republic, Poland, Canada and Australia – they are international experts, who today consult us in the issue. We're drawing up the bill on the obligatory general declaration of income," Income and Tax Minister Oleksandr Klymenko said on the First National TV Channel.
He said that the adoption of the bill would give a push to improving the tax culture of citizens.
