ZAVIDOVO (Russia), March 4 - Uncertainty in Ukraine's cooperation with the Customs Union of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan has a negative impact not only on Kiev, President Viktor Yanukovych has said.
"The negative processes are developing on both sides. There are exemptions, and it doesn't please us," Yanukovych said at a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Zavidovo (Tver region) on Monday.
He added that both parties bear the economic costs, and in particular the level of trade is falling.
Speaking about legislation for the Customs Union countries, Yanukovych said that these regulations, if Ukraine applies them, must undergo domestic procedures.
