KIEV, Feb. 22 – All 19 municipalities through which the Brody-Plock oil pipeline will pass have taken into account its route in local land use and construction plans, Poland's Sarmatia Sp. z o.o. reported.
In late January 2012, Sarmatia Sp. z o.o. submitted an application for an environmental permit for the Brody–Plock oil pipeline project to the Regional Directorate for Environmental Protection in Lublin. On February 6, the office Regional Directorate for Environmental Protection on the request of MPR Sarmatia Sp. z o.o. initiated the administrative proceedings to issue the environmental permit for the Brody-Plock oil pipeline project.
