KIEV, Feb. 19 – An individual can use benefits in paying property tax once in the basic taxation reporting period, reducing the taxation base for property in his ownership: for 120 square meters for an apartment and for 250 square meters for a residential house.

According to the Income and Tax Ministry, the benefit could apply to a piece of real estate where the individual is registered in accordance with the law, or to any other piece of real estate in the ownership of a taxpayer chosen by him.
