KIEV, Feb. 5 – President Viktor Yanukovych will make an official visit to Lithuania on February 6 in order to participate in the sixth meeting of the Council of Presidents of Ukraine and Lithuania, said Serhiy Liovochkin, the head of the presidential administration.
His statement, the text of which is available on the presidential Web site, reads that Yanukovych will meet with Lithuanian President Dalia Grybauskaite, Prime Minister Andrius Kubilius, and Seimas Speaker Vydas Gedvilas.
"During talks special importance will be attached to Ukraine's European integration, particularly the preparations for the EU-Ukraine Summit and the signing of the Association Agreement with the EU," reads the statement.
