KIEV, Feb. 1 – The Cabinet of Ministers has approved a feasibility study for the construction of a steam-gas power plant in Scholkine (Crimea) worth UAH 15,385,782,000 (around $1.9 billion).
The feasibility study on the construction of the steam-gas power plant with power lines, substations and the Dzhankoi-Scholkine gas pipeline was approved by cabinet resolution No. 1079-r of October 15, 2012 posted on the cabinet's Web site on Thursday.
