DNIPROPETROVSK, Dec. 13 – Ukraine's second-largest tire producer, Dnipropetrovsk-based OJSC Dniproshyna plant, plans to dismiss 2,100 employees late in January 2013 in connection with the liquidation of the company, according to the chairman of the plant's trade union committee, Mykola Bodnar.

"The first layoff deadline is January 28. People will receive all payments, including compensation for unused vacations and severance pay. Today, the enterprise employs a little more than two thousand people," he said.
