KIEV, Dec. 10 – Naftogaz Ukrayiny is raising a $3.656 billion credit line from China Development Bank Corporation to realize projects for the replacement of natural gas with coal.

The bank's proposal to issue a loan was accepted on December 7. The final term for signing agreement is not disclosed.

The cost of servicing the credit line is $2,395,722.

The credit line will be opened for 19 years (2012-2031): the first four years will be spent on preparing and agreeing the approved projects and signing separate credit agreements. The term of separate credit agreements is 15 years.
