KIEV, Dec. 7 – The forecast wholesale market price of electricity on the wholesale electricity market of Ukraine in 2013 will not grow by more than 15% or may even stay at the current level, according to Serhiy Tytenko, head of the National Commission for Energy Regulation.

"There are many options [for changing the wholesale market price of electricity]: from zero to plus 15%," he told reporters in Kiev, adding that the price depends on many factors, including the price of coal and gas.
