KIEV, Nov. 27 – The revenues target of the national budget for 2012 will not be fulfilled, according to Economic Development and Trade Minister Petro Poroshenko.

"The Finance Ministry has detailed information. Today we can say for sure that the revenues target of the national budget for 2012 will not be fulfilled," he said at a press conference on Tuesday.

Poroshenko also said that a budget outlay reduction plan was not drawn up in December.
