KIEV, Nov. 20 - Ukraine's national oil and gas company Naftogaz Ukrayiny has declared Luhansk-based LLC Universal Commercial Company the winner of a tender to perform 3D seismic research at the Pallas zone on the Black Sea shelf for $51 million.

According to a Naftogaz announcement published in the Public Procurement Bulletin, Universal Commercial Company's offer to conduct the work for UAH 407.6 million (roughly $51 million) was accepted on November 19. The contract signing deadline is December 19.
