KIEV, Nov. 19 – The planned EU-Ukraine summit will take place under any circumstances, and its date will be announced soon, said Kostiantyn Yeliseyev, Ukraine's envoy to the EU.

"The Ukraine-EU Summit will take place under any circumstances. The date of the meeting will be announced in the coming days," Yeliseyev told Interfax-Ukraine, while commenting on recent media reports about the alleged unwillingness of the EU to hold the summit.
