KIEV, Nov. 9 – Spain's Enagas S.A. could act as the main investor in the construction of the terminal for liquefied gas re-gasification in Odessa region, project curator Vitaliy Demyaniuk told reporters in Kiev.

"At the first phase Enagas could take part in the project as a major partner of the state," he said.

Demyaniuk said that the shares of Enagas and the state in the consortium on the construction of the terminal could be distributed in the ratio of 75% to 25% respectively.
