KIEV, Oct. 31 - Ukraine’s largest petrochemical company KarpatNaftokhim, owned by Russian oil producer Lukoil, completed a major two-month upgrade, a company official said Wednesday.
A special team is currently checking the company’s production facilities and equipment before KarpatNaftokhim can launch operation, Anatoliy Hetmanchuk, a company spokesman, said.
“The upgrade is over,” Hetmanchuk said. “The team is now checking equipment and all issues before the company can resume operation.”
