KIEV, Sept. 4 – The major part of duty free stores and catering retail at Kiev’s Boryspil international airport have been closed since September 1 and the state faces losses, the airport has reported.
"The main reason of the present situation was the holding of tenders and registration of leasing agreements in the State Property Fund and the withdrawal of permits for retail trade in the regime zones of the airport by the State Customs Service," reads the report.
