KIEV, Sept. 4 - Ukraine’s biggest coal mining and power company DTEK entered new markets after signing contracts with Brazilian and Ethiopian companies to supply coal, DTEK’s press service said Tuesday.
DTEK will supply its coal to steel companies in Brazil, owned by Gerdau, one of the largest steel smelting company in the region, DTEK said in a statement. It plans to supply 50,000 mt of anthracite coal by the end of this year.
