KIEV, Sept. 3 – The Energy and Coal Industry Ministry plans to take on advisors on the reform of national joint-stock company Naftogaz Ukrayiny, reads an offering memorandum for Ukraine's eurobonds, a copy of which has been sent to Interfax-Ukraine.

"Today, a working group [on the reform of the national joint-stock company created under an order of Energy and Coal Industry Ministry Yuriy Boyko of March 24, 2011] is preparing a tender to attract advisors on the reform of Naftogaz and its preparation for inclusion in the listings of foreign stock exchanges," reads the document.
