KIEV, Aug. 17 – South Korea’s LG International has filed a claim against a Ukrainian polyethylene tube producer – Ukrpolymerconstruction Trade House LLC - to collect UAH 967.8 million from the Ukrainian company, international law firm Integrites reported.

The law firm said that a claim in this dispute was transferred from LG International to K-Sure, a South Korean trade insurance corporation, under a contract on insurance of export risks and payment of insurance compensation to the policy holder.
