KIEV, Aug. 8 - Naftogaz Ukrayiny, using energy saving technologies, managed to save 570 million cubic meters of natural gas in January through July, the company said Wednesday.

Naftogaz said it saved the gas mostly at its gas shipment arm, UkrTransGaz, which moves Russian gas to markets in Europe. The cost of the saved gas is UAH 2 billion, or $250 million.
