KIEV, July 7 – Naftogaz Ukrayiny will borrow $2 billion from Gazprombank for seven years in order to raise money to pay for current natural gas imports, the company reported on Saturday.

This is the second loan from Gazprombank in less than eight months after Naftogaz borrowed $550 million late 2011. Gazprom, Ukraine’s only supplier of gas, owns 41.7% in Gazprombank.
