KIEV, June 19 – MP Ihor Prasolov, the head of the National Bank of Ukraine Council and the subcommittee on securities and the stock market of the profile parliamentary committee, has submitted three bills to Parliament to create conditions for the Finance Ministry to issue foreign currency treasury obligations for the public.

"The main idea of the bills is that the Finance Ministry will issue treasury obligations in foreign currency. In particular, it is necessary to amend the Tax Code so as not to tax the currency exchange rate difference," Prasolov told Interfax-Ukraine.
